Fred Maurer, Principal Consultant, Web & Marketing Services Director             

- Fred is a business technology and marketing veteran with over twenty years of industry experience. His experience includes more than ten years of hands-on web content management and web application strategy, solution design & development, and service delivery.

- Prior to founding Parkview Technology Group in 1999, Fred held leadership roles in service delivery, marketing, product development and management with several large, industry leading business technology companies including System Software Associates, Keane Consulting, and Acxiom Corporation. Before that he served in sales & marketing management with a leading producer of industry publications and events. 

- Fred earned a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University, a Master's degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, and is a Microsoft® Certified Professional. An accomplished speaker and author, Fred has presented at industry events and Chicago area universities, and has authored numerous articles for regional and national business publications.

- In addition to leading web & marketing related service delivery for Parkview, Fred also serves as Business Development Manager.  

 

 

Steve Smalley, Principal Consultant, Network & IT Services Director                  

- Steve is a business technology veteran with over twenty years of industry experience. His extensive hands-on skills with Microsoft based information technology systems include everything from network & IT strategy through implementation and support of server and PC hardware, network appliances, system software, utilities, and business application software. 

- The depth and breadth of Steve's proven skill & expertise ranges from Microsoft based PC, local and wide area networking systems to PC/LAN/WAN security, data storage, backup & recovery, e-mail & messaging, virtual servers, mobile networking, cloud services, managed services, and application software for manufacturing, marketing, and finance.

 

- Steve earned a Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
